Over the 7-8 yrs we used pioneer self storage when our family relocated to Maui but couldn’t ship a lot of the antiques or heirlooms that would get destroyed by the brackish air, so we chose pioneer self storage and since day one they never let us down.
The entire time we’ve never had any issues, Kristi and crystal in the office are by far exceptional at what they do, always staying in clear communication and even allowing us to work with them if we had a payment issue or whatever the case., but never feeling like we were going to lose our stuff like I hear other storage places do to people.
We appreciated them so much, pretty much feel like we were family after that many years, and it felt like saying goodbye to family when we left.
Big thank you to Kristi , crystal, and the pioneer staff from our family for keeping our special and important things safe! Priceless to us!
