Never had 1 issue with them through the 9 yrs I stored my trailer there. They notified me a couple of times when they saw something that I should be aware of with my trailer. I felt that was personal attention to my needs. I would use this facility again.

The staff are always friends and knowledgeable. My experience there was great. When I need them again, I will definitely use Pioneer Self Storage on Pioneer Ave again. Awesome service.

Safe and secure. I stored my things here for over a year. I cleaned out my storage and everything was safe abd untouched as I had left it. The staff is always friendly, proffessional and helpful. Thank you for a great experience during a difficult transition time.

Found the fire sprinkler system leaking on our stored items. All of the staff were quick to respond and we were able to get all our stored items out.i We got everything moved into a new unit with more room without a change in rental rate. Overall everything went OK. Great people to work with!
