We parked our trailer at the lot on Kentucky from 2018 to 2025. The staff was always courteous. The lot was always clean. I wish they had covered parking, but otherwise it was very good. One fall we bought a canvas cover for the trailer. We put it on in September and then went to Europe on a tour. A week after we left a huge wind storm tore the canvas cover to pieces. I received an email asking us to come out and remove the tattered cover. When I explained that we were in Europe, Pioneer said that they would take care of the debris. They did. No charge. Greatly appreciated.“

Safe and secure. I stored my things here for over a year. I cleaned out my storage and everything was safe abd untouched as I had left it. The staff is always friendly, proffessional and helpful.

Used Pioneer self storage to store my items for 7 months over the summer and exchange programs, good security and great price ($60 a month for a pretty sweet storage room). Really helpful staff as well!
